Shipping policy
At QROOT, we aim to deliver your order safely and on time across India. Please read our shipping policy before placing an order.
1. Order Processing Time
All confirmed orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
During product launches, sales, or high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.
2. Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery timelines are:
- Metro cities: 3–5 working days
- Other cities and towns: 5–8 working days
- Remote locations: 7–10 working days
Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier availability, location, weather conditions, public holidays, or logistics delays.
3. Shipping Locations
We currently ship across serviceable locations in India.
If your PIN code is not serviceable, your order may not be accepted, or our team may contact you with alternate options.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if any, will be shown at checkout before payment.
QROOT may offer free shipping on selected products, offers, or order values from time to time.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details through email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
You can use the tracking link to check the latest delivery status.
6. Delivery Attempt
Our courier partner will usually attempt delivery as per their standard process.
Please ensure that your shipping address, phone number, and PIN code are correct while placing the order.
If the courier is unable to deliver due to wrong address, unavailable customer, or unreachable phone number, the order may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply in such cases.
7. Damaged Package on Delivery
If the package looks damaged, tampered, wet, or opened at the time of delivery, please do not accept the package.
If you notice any damage after accepting the delivery, please contact us within 48 hours with:
- Order number
- Photos of the outer box
- Photos/videos of the damaged product
- Unboxing video, if available
After verification, we will assist with replacement, repair, spare part support, or refund as applicable.
8. Missing Items
If any item is missing from the package, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please share clear photos of all items received, the packaging, and the order details. After verification, we will ship the missing item or provide a suitable resolution.
9. Delayed Delivery
While we try our best to deliver on time, delays may happen due to courier issues, weather, public holidays, strikes, festivals, high order volume, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If your order is delayed, please contact us and we will help track the shipment with our courier partner.
10. Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery availability may depend on your location and order value.
QROOT reserves the right to disable COD for selected PIN codes, products, or high-value orders.
11. Change of Shipping Address
Shipping address can be changed only before the order is shipped.
Once the order is shipped, address change may not be possible. You can contact us immediately after placing the order if any correction is required.
