1. About QROOT

QROOT provides indoor hydroponic growing systems, accessories, nutrients, and related products for home use. Our products are designed to help customers grow herbs, leafy greens, and selected plants indoors in a clean and convenient way.

2. Use of Our Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the website, attempt to hack it, copy its content without permission, or use it for fraudulent activity.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website at any time without prior notice.

3. Product Information

We try our best to display accurate product descriptions, images, pricing, specifications, and availability. However, differences may occur due to photography, screen display, product improvements, or packaging changes.

Plant growth results may vary depending on seed quality, water quality, room temperature, nutrients, light settings, maintenance, and user handling. Qroot does not guarantee a specific harvest quantity or growth result.

4. Orders and Acceptance

When you place an order on our website, you agree that the information provided by you is accurate and complete.

An order is considered accepted only after we confirm it by email, SMS, WhatsApp, or order confirmation page. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock issues, pricing errors, payment failure, suspected fraud, or delivery restrictions.

5. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless mentioned otherwise.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways. We do not store your card, UPI, or banking details on our servers.

If there is a pricing or listing error, we may cancel the order and refund the amount paid.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping timelines shown on the website are estimates. Actual delivery may vary based on location, courier delays, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Returns, refunds, and cancellations will be handled as per our Refund and Return Policy published on the website.

As required under India’s Consumer Protection E-Commerce Rules, e-commerce sellers should clearly display return, refund, warranty, delivery, payment, and grievance redressal information to customers.

Refunds for approved requests will be processed within a reasonable time through the original payment method or another agreed method, subject to payment gateway and banking timelines.

8. Warranty

Qroot devices may come with a limited warranty as mentioned on the product page, invoice, packaging, or warranty policy.

The warranty generally covers manufacturing defects under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, physical damage, water damage due to improper handling, unauthorized repair, voltage fluctuations, use of non-recommended accessories, poor maintenance, or normal wear and tear.

9. Use of Hydroponic Nutrients and Seeds

Nutrients, grow sponges, baskets, domes, and seeds should be used only as instructed. Keep nutrients and small parts away from children and pets.

Qroot is not responsible for failed germination, poor growth, pest issues, plant disease, or crop failure caused by seed quality, environmental conditions, incorrect nutrient usage, contaminated water, or improper maintenance.

10. Safety and Usage

Qroot devices include electrical components such as LED grow lights, adaptors, pumps, and controllers. You agree to use the product only as per the user manual.

Do not immerse electrical parts in water. Do not use damaged wires, damaged adaptors, or unauthorized power supplies. Always keep the device on a stable indoor surface.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Qroot website, including brand name, logo, product images, text, graphics, videos, designs, icons, and website layout, belongs to Intelyx Labs Private Limited or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

12. User Reviews and Content

If you submit reviews, photos, comments, or feedback, you allow Qroot to use them for marketing, product improvement, and website display.

You must not post abusive, misleading, illegal, defamatory, or offensive content. We reserve the right to remove such content.

13. Third-Party Services

Our website may use third-party services for payments, shipping, analytics, marketing, or customer support. These services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

Qroot is not responsible for failures, delays, or issues caused by third-party service providers, but we will try to support customers in resolving genuine issues.

Our total liability for any claim related to a product shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that product.

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, transport delays, courier issues, government restrictions, technical failures, pandemics, or supply chain disruptions.
